No! My Father's Best is 100% subscription-free. Order whenever you'd like - no commitments, no recurring charges, no strings attached.

Is there a minimum order?
There's a $30 order minimum. However, orders over $100 qualify for free shipping, and orders over $50 qualify for free local delivery in the Chicagoland area.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Where do you deliver?
We offer local delivery to the Chicagoland area. For orders over $50, there is no delivery charge.
We also ship to all contiguous (mainland) U.S. states. We offer free shipping on orders over $100!

When do you deliver?
We deliver Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (excluding holidays).

Can I change my delivery date?
Yes, if you click "View your Order" from the confirmation email, you can reschedule your delivery date.

How are your products delivered?
All products are delivered fully cooked and frozen and should be placed in the freezer upon arrival. Feel free to reuse the ice packs!

Do you have a rewards program?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We also offer free local delivery on orders over $50 in the Chicagoland area.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. Local delivery is available in the greater Chicagoland area.

How are meals shipped?
All orders are shipped in premium insulated packaging with Cryo Ice packs to ensure your meals arrive perfectly frozen and ready to store in your freezer.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number once your order ships. For more details, visit our Shipping & Delivery page.
Overnight Oats

Do your oats contain any added sugar?
No! Our oats are completely free of added sugars. We rely on natural sweetness from ingredients like fruit and cinnamon to keep them delicious without any extra sugar.

What makes your oats different?
Our overnight oats are made with real, fresh ingredients and contain 0 grams of added sugar — just naturally delicious flavor. With 7–9 grams of protein per serving, they're a clean, satisfying way to fuel your day.

How should I thaw the oats?
Simply transfer the oats from the freezer to the refrigerator the night before you plan to enjoy them. In the morning, just give them a good stir and dig in!
You can also thaw them in the microwave, just make sure to remove the lid first. -
My oats were still slightly frozen in the morning. What should I do?
No worries — fridge and freezer temperatures can vary. If your oats are still a bit frozen, try moving them to the fridge earlier in the day, or let them sit at room temperature for a few extra minutes before eating.

How are these entrées prepared?
Each dish is crafted by our chefs using only the highest-quality ingredients, then immediately flash-frozen and vacuum-sealed with our signature FreshSeal technology to lock in flavor and freshness. All entrées are fully cooked and ready to heat. As it warms in the microwave, steam builds naturally, causing the film to expand and form a bubble. This steam circulates evenly, preserving the dish's moisture, texture, and vibrant taste — just like it was made moments ago.

How do I heat up the entrée?

Do you use additives to keep the ingredients fresh?
No. Our unique FreshSeal process has changed the game. Our freeze and vacuum seal technology is what preserves the freshness and quality of the ingredients, unlike other frozen meals.

Is the packaging safe for heating in the microwave?
Yes, we use BPA-free, 100% food-grade plastic that meets strict FDA and EU safety standards. It's approved for direct food contact during storage and when heated in the microwave.

Can I keep them in the fridge, instead?
Of course! If refrigerated, consume within 5 days and reduce heating time by 1–2 minutes.

Are there alternative ways to heat the entrées if I don't own a microwave?
Don't have a microwave? No problem! You can still enjoy our entrées using a stovetop or oven.
Stovetop: Remove the outer sleeve and peel off the film. Gently twist the corners of the tray to release the entrée, then transfer it to a skillet or pan. Heat on low, stirring occasionally until warmed through.
Oven: Preheat to 375°F, remove the sleeve and film, and place the entrée in an oven-safe dish. Heat until thoroughly warmed.

My entrées arrived slightly thawed. Are they safe to eat?
Yes, they are completely safe to eat, even if thawed. With our VacuumFresh seal, no air gets to the food, and all meat is fully cooked. If heating from refrigerated or room temperature, reduce heating time by 2 minutes.

How do I heat the meals?
